Terms of service.

1. I authorize BookMyDPS to book a DPS appointment on my behalf using the information I provided.
2. I understand that service fees are non-refundable once an appointment is successfully booked.
3. Add-ons such as location, time preference, and Saturdays are not guaranteed, but will be prioritized when selected.
4. The booking includes one reschedule. Additional rebookings will require a new form and fee.
5. The double booking add-on includes two separate appointments for the same customer.
6. If no appointment is found within your selected window (7, 14, or 29 days), we will contact you with the option for a refund or extension.
